These terms govern your use of the NutriNudge app and website. By creating an account or using NutriNudge, you agree to them.
The service
NutriNudge helps you scan meals for an estimated calorie breakdown, track your day, follow personalized meal plans, and chat with an AI nutritionist. Calorie and nutrition figures from photo scans are estimates intended for everyday tracking, not precise measurements.
Not medical advice
NutriNudge provides general nutrition and wellness information. It is not a medical service and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition or food allergy.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use NutriNudge.
Free and Premium plans
NutriNudge is free to start, with certain features (such as the number of AI coach messages) limited on the free plan. Premium unlocks unlimited scans and coach chats, full meal plans, and advanced insights. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and are governed by their respective terms, including renewal and cancellation.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
NutriNudge and its content are owned by us. The meals and data you log remain yours; you grant us the permissions needed to process them and provide the service.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of NutriNudge or reliance on its estimates.
